It's a sad day for Kat and I... I just realized tonight we have to give away 2 of our four hamsters. The 2 males, the father and son. This is to stop them from reproducing...the six babies who look like peanuts (we called them ' The Little Peanuts' ) opened their eyes and are moving around. They are soooo.... cute!!
Anyway, we gave away the two males to my first auntie and her husband. Actually we aren't too keen about it coz i dun think they really know how to take good care of them. We had to supply my auntie the food, the wood shavings, even the CAGE!! sigh... kat and I were putting them into another cage, preparing them for their new home and two of us were pretty sad.
Anyway, I guess we can't keep them as well. the females were over-productive and we have too many of them to keep in our two little cages. Guess what, the mother of the six little peanuts looked so hagged and she actually shrank in size. Geesh.. imagine how much milk she has to produce for six little ones and they really clinged to her for their dear lives when she tried to leave the nest for food. Imagine, moving around with six little ones from where her tits hang.... ouch..painful!

My results are out! Thank God for my results... I got three 7s (3 distinctions) and one 6 (A). By God's grace man, my Database Systems got 90%. I didn't even know what I was doing in the exams...
It's always this way in my studies... My better, more confident subjects I get lower than the subjects I am nervous about...
Anyway thank you Lord... Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!...

Darn! Just my luck... Just when I'm about to step out to get somemore MW booster packs it rains... *sigh* maybe 'somebody' is trying to tell me something. Oh well, I'll be meeting bernard and the others later... In this weather, I think I'm gonna be late.
One more last thing before I go... To all my christian friends out there: Pray for my dad, he had a minor car accident this morning and if the people report the matter to his company, his taxi license will be suspended. So pray that the guys the car he hit will be sympathetic... Thanks guys...

Let's see what did I do on Kat's birthday? I bummed around in the afternoon and guess what? I discovered a new game! I got so excited about it that I went down Orchard this afternoon to get me the booster pack (for non-gamers, they are like 'tikam' packs of something that you buy and hope that the something that you just bought inside the pack is actually a rare item... err... nevermind...). Check it...
Anyway after getting it I was so excited I actually got Kat to print out the game rules from www.mwdarkage.com and I went over to her office to get the printout just so I can read and learn the game while waiting for her to finish her work so we can go Sentosa for dinner... Yah that was her birthday dinner plan... What I got her for her birthday? A nokia 7210! Kewl huh?
Enough of blogging for today... I'm gonna go play my new game

This is so depressing... No entries in the guest book, no movement on my links voting thingy, no one on my mailing list... Oh well, guess I gotta remind myself that this is just my hobby and so what if no one's interested right? I used to keep an e-journal many years ago and didn't tell my friends or anyone I know... Back then I joined some webrings like now and that was it. None of my friends knew about it and it was cool! I could right anything! Not fearing discovery from my friends and there were actually people interested in what I had to say.
I know its only the 2nd day that I published this site but I feel so fake... Like the blogs I write, I had to think of which friend would read it and what they would think of me... So I guess them being not interested is a good sign after all I can be myself right? Oh well whatever...
Enough bitching, on to other stuff... My hamsters just gave birth to another baby hamster... AGAIN! Now I've got a total of 7 baby hamsters and I do not know what to do with them... Anyone of you out there want a hamster as a pet drop me a message ok? I think after this round I have to seperate the males from the females...

Why the title brokenVase? Many people ask me why I use this word brokenVase. This has a little bit to do with my history. This might sound a bit philosophical and religious...
As I quote myself 'I was once broken, but now I am pieced together'. I have experience many trials in almost all areas of my life. The areas include studies, parents, love and religion.
As I walked through life’s journey I realized that I am like a broken 'vase'. Broken when going through troubles but as I learn from them I start to piece myself back together and now though filled with lines I am capable of holding the prettier flower.

Hi! Welcome to my little web space! Let me spend a little time to tell you what this brokenVase.com business is all about...
I registered this URL actually for the fun of it. It started out as a little online resume place for my 'employers' to have a look so they can decide to hire me and stuff. Well now I'm moving away from the web development arena and doing Enterprise Systems instead... So.. I figured I'll turn this little site of mine to a fun place...
What kinda fun you might ask? Well I dunno... A place where my friends can download pictures I took with them... A place to check out cool web sites and their reviews... Or any other things you can think of that you would like to see on this site, feel free to drop me a message and tell me about it.
